These terms cover your use of rivercityshoals.com. By using the site you accept them. They are deliberately short.
Using the site
You are welcome here. Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site or the systems behind it, and please do not use our forms to send anything unlawful, abusive, or deceptive. We may block access if you do.
What you send us
Only send us information you have the right to send. If you give us someone else's contact details, make sure they are happy for you to. What we do with anything you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo, and design on this site belong to River City Church or are used with permission. You are welcome to share and print our content for personal, church, or ministry use. Please do not republish it commercially, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not, without asking us first.
Giving
Online giving is handled by Tithe.ly on their own site. When you follow a giving link you leave this site and their terms apply to the transaction. Gifts to River City Church are donations, not purchases. Nothing is sold here, and no goods or services are provided in exchange. If a gift was made in error, email office@rivercityshoals.com and we will sort it out.
Links to other places
We link to services we use, such as Planning Center and Tithe.ly, and to our pages on Facebook and Instagram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
What this site is and is not
We publish gathering times, locations, and information about our ministries in good faith and keep them current, but details change. If something matters, email us and check. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical, or counselling advice.
Availability
We provide the site as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent the law allows.
